We reserve the right to final judgment on acceptance of any returns.
We will NOT accept C.O.DS.
We will NOT be responsible for any labor or any return shipping charges.
We will NOT accept any returns without prior authorization.
All returns MUST be accompanied by a copy of the original sales receipt.
All sales are considered FINAL and any returns (if accepted) will be for credit against future orders...

RETURNS AFTER 10 DAYS from the date of
RECEIVING.
ALL RETURNS ARE SUBJECT TO A
20% restock fee.
You MUST
CALL or E-Mail
prior to
returning an item. You will need a Return Authorization number before
returning.. Otherwise, your item will be refused.
We will make every effort that we can to please you, but if any dispute should arise, this policy will be instituted, and shall be final. We regret to write any policy of this type, and will do our best to help you with any problems, but unfortunately, we have found that there are some people who are completely unreasonable.

Our turn around time for shipping could vary.
WE GENERALLY SHIP AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.
ON OCCASIONS SHIPPING COULD GET DELAYED DUE TO OUT OF STOCK ITEMS.
You can expect to see your order
WITHIN ONE TO
SIX WEEKS.
Please refrain from calling to
check on an order that has been
recently
placed.
We try to get our orders out as quickly as possible.. But there are times, when
we are out of stock of certain items, and have to wait for delivery.
UPS and USPS Tracking numbers are E-Mailed to you the day we ship.
So please
remember to give us a valid E-Mail address upon ordering.
Please refrain from calling for Tracking number, unless your order has not been
received by 4 weeks. ...
Otherwise, a $5.00 fee is subject for this
service.
The Reason for this Fee: We get a lot of phone calls asking for the
tracking number. This requires, looking up the information, then reading the
number to the customer, then repeating the number....This method slows us down
on getting other orders ready for shipping and some orders get delayed till the
next day.
All the customer has to do to find his tracking number, is look at his E-Mail
where the tracking number will be.
Again, please be sure to send us a valid E-Mail
address.

We will NOT Ship C.O.D. We accept all major credit cards
and Paypal.
Mail in payments are also acceptable. But, please bare in mind that, if you submit an order in with a personal check, it will delay your order.
Mailing your order
in with a money order will be much quicker.
